ACVR Warehouse, more commonly known around St. Paul as “The F.O.K Building”, was built in 1911 for hardware
manufacturers Farwell, Ozmun, and Kirk, & Co.
FOK did their part to help during both World Wars by manufacturing ammunition and transporting it via the
railroad that ran alongside the north end of the warehouse.
After ACVR's purchase, they have rented to various tenants including vending machine manufacturers Gross Given,
along with cabinet makers, garment makers, photographers, musicians, and many others.
